Visit us in Beautiful Clare, Nova Scotia...

So much to see and do at Driftwood by the Bay AND in the surrounding area!

Your glamorous camping dome will give you everything you want. A comfortable place to sleep. A convenient place to cook. And a nice place to sit and enjoy the beautiful view.

But there is much more to enjoy than your dome.

Food is one thing people enjoy around here. There are many good restaurants in our area. To find out more about them, you can visit this site>. There are also good fish markets if you want to cook in your own kitchen. Lobster, scallops, halibut, haddock and other fish that come right from the nearby sea.

Although your dome is a comfortable place to hang out, you will want to get outside and explore other things.

You can walk several provincial trails, including Belliveau Cove Boardwalk, Smugglers Cove Trail and Le Petit Bois Trail. There are also trails we’ve cleared ourselves very close to your dome.

And your dome is close to the Bay of Fundy, so you can get out whale watching. The Digby area, very nearby, is considered one of the best places in North America for whale watching. And of course, the Bay of Fundy is home to the highest tides in the world.

IF you prefer bird watching, there is a lot of that for you too. The Atlantic puffin, the piping plover, varieties of gannets and many others.

And now back to the benefits of food. You can find dulse, a type of seaweed in this area. It is rich in minerals and vitamins and very good for your body. Of course, it is salty. It comes from the sea. But it is better for you than potato chips.
